About the event
We are excited to team up with guest chef Mauricio Lopez and Ana Martinez - both from the executive culinary team at famed beach resort Hilton Los Cabos - for a Día de los Muertos dinner. This dinner is part of an ongoing series of guest chef experiences hosted at Roots Southern Table, which are designed to celebrate different cultures and cuisines, and inspire meaningful conversations around the table to drive social good. Chef Tiffany and Chef Mauricio will prepare a five-course Baja-inspired menu with modern takes on Mexican classics, served alongside elegant tequila parings selected by Ana Martinez.
